One of the really fun things about being me is that my friends at Skirt Sports sometimes give me free stuff to giveaway to my readers.

It’s cool & the air is so crisp. It makes me feel alive and I can go even further in my runs. I love fall & the beauty of the leaves falling.
While not a runner, I love a good capri! I found out tge hard wsy that bike riding in yoga pants doesn’t work. 🙂
Jenny – these are also great for laying around the house doing nothing. At least that’s what I’ve heard . . .;)
So I’m going to need these for my 10k coming up in…uhhh…a month! LOL Or for doing yoga with G so he can be an All American Bad-ass in roller derby. Either way!

I love running in the Fall because the weather is cooler. Love the run days when it’s not too hot and not too cold! BTW – those Capri’s are super cute! They would totally rock a Fall morning run or race!
I love the Fall because of the cooler weather, the leaves changing, and the crunch of the leaves under foot.
I get to run with my beautiful wife when the colrs come out. These capris are colorful too.

I love running in the fall because of the crisp fresh air. It is a nice break from the heat and humidity that we go through all summer.
Fall running is great because there are so many amazing fall races to both participate in, and be inspired from!!
