I have a lot of stress in my life right now.
Because I own one beautiful home in a safe suburb where I can worship as I please and have ample money for food and clothing and vacations and healthcare.
And I’m moving to another beautiful suburb where I will own another great home in a safe suburb where I can worship as I please and have ample money for food and clothing and vacations and healthcare.
Is it stressful? Sure. Is it really a PROBLEM? No.
Problems are things like living with cancer.
Or chronic pain.
Or fleeing a dangerous and unstable country to seek refuge. And a roof. And food. And medical care.
I’m not saying what your’e going through today doesn’t fall into those categories but maybe, like me, your problems? Maybe they’re not REALLY problems.
Maybe they are complications of your blessings.
And maybe a dose of perspective will help you, like it did me, to see that I don’t have problems. I have blessings. And choices. Please watch this about the Syrian refugee crisis and then figure out how you can help. That’s what I’ll be doing.
I hope your day is filled with joy. And perspective.
Happy running,
Jen
